24 Hour Diet

Here is my spreadsheet that shows my diet for 24 hours

Today we calculated how many calories, carbohydrate, fat and protean we had in our diet starting from yesterday after school  and what we were going to eat today.

Total Calories: 402.5
Carbohydrates: 62.601g
Fat:9.74g
Protean: 16.15g


Questions
1. How does your total calories compare to the recommended 2000 calories per day?
Well i got 20.1% out of 100% and i think i don't get enough calories for 24 hours but then at the time i felt kinda sick so yeah.
2. What time of day do you eat most of your calories - morning, afternoon or evening?

 Usually I eat around the afternoon.
 
3. What does your answer to question #2 imply about your long term health? 
Well, i think i should eat most of my food around the morning so i could loose enough calories and have enough energy for school    
4. Describe how many minutes you exercise per day and what activities you engage in on a regular basis. I ride my bike around my neighborhood that's about 1 mile with my sisters so it takes about 1 hour and a couple of minutes to go all the way around but it we do most of the exersi
5. Use the internet to find out how many calories you burn doing the activities you listed in #4. Considering that the average person burns about 2000 calories per day without doing any extra exercise, how many total calories do you think you burn each day? 
I lose 327 calories a day because it takes about 1 hour and a couple of minutes to go around my neighborhood and if the average human loses 2000 calories without other activities then 

6. What is the most important thing that you can change about your diet or lifestyle to improve your long term health?  I should exerciser way more and eat more but healthier foods so i have the energy that i could exerciser even more
